So, what’s involved in running a retreat?
A lot of work goes on behind the scenes so that your clients get a fantastic experience. If you are thinking of organising a retreat abroad for the first time, there will be lots of things to take into consideration. Choosing a venue, finding the space in your busy schedule and getting the clients is just the beginning. On location it will help to have support with the daily logistics. If you try to do everything by yourself, you’ll end up stressed out which would defeat the objective of the retreat. Getting yourself stressed won’t impress your clients either. They are expecting you to help them relax which won’t happen if you are worrying about what’s for dinner.
