I’m really excited to be attending my first World Health Heroes event on Saturday 25th March as a Health Hero.
The event is taking place in the area where I grew up on the outskirts of Bristol and will be full of amazing Health Heroes who will be offering workshops, treatments, tasters and 1-1 therapies. Session last 20 minutes, so it’s great for a taster and pamper day. There will be a range of holistic activities from Ayurvedic Nutrition to Yoga including fitness, meditation, massage and sound therapy. 1-1 sessions and workshops will be on offer for coaching, Reiki, yoga, and mindfulness.
I will be offering Stress Management through Writing, where you can explore how to identify and manage stress through writing at 13.00 and Boost Your Emotional Health through Writing at 13.30 where we will be looking at how writing can help you feel more positive.
